Adult content is allowed provided it is legal adult content. Our servers are located in Houston, Texas, so your site must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding adult content.

8. Is sales tax included with my monthly or yearly plan?
All taxes and fees are included in your plan price.

9. Do you offer a web-based control panel for my site?

11. Can I host my friends websites?
If you choose a shared hosting plan which allows you to host add-on domains, or if you choose a ADVANCED package, the answer is yes.

12. How long will it take to setup my account?
If you are paying by credit card, your account will be setup automatically within 15 minutes of placing your order. If you choose to pay using another method, such as Paypal, please allow up to 12 hours for processing. If you choose to pay using Cheque, please allow 48 hours for the cheque to clear first. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please allow up to 12 hours for processing.

13. Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
There are no hidden or extra fees associated with any of our hosting packages.

14. Can I purchase additional bandwidth or disk space?
If you would like to purchase additional disk space or bandwidth, but do not need a larger plan, or if you need more space than our highest plan offers, please email us at to discuss custom package options.

15. Do you offer telnet or shell access?
For security purposes, we do not offer shell/telnet access to any of our shared or reseller account holders.

DNS Questions

1. How long does it take to get my domain working?
It usually takes 24-48 hours for a domain to fully propagate.

2. How do I change my dns?
Every registar has a different procedure for changing your domains DNS, however they are all done basically the same way. The welcome email you received from us provides you with the name servers you need to change your domain to. You will then take those name servers to wherever you bought your domain, and fill them in for your domain name.

A shared ssl displays as https//ip/~yourusername/ A private ssl would display as in the address bar.

2. How do I purchase a private ssl from you and what type is it?

Our servers are Apache + Mod SSL If you require assistance from us to install it there will be a SGD$40.00 installation fee. We will need both the key and the csr. You will also need a dedicated ip before contacting us which can be purchased here by submitting a ticket here.

6. How do I transfer a ssl?
Every place that sells ssl's has a different transfer procedure. You will need to ask the supplier you purchased it from.


To create a sub domain cPanel asks for the name you wish to use. MAKE SURE the subdomain name you give it doesn't have a folder already named that name. If it does the sub will not work. Example... I want to create the subdomain so my sub name is going to be test. If I already have a folder in my ftp named test I need to delete it or rename it to something different before I create the subdomain with the test name from cPanel.

Addon Domains

1. What is an addon domain?
An addon domain is a fully functional domain that will work out of a folder in your main sites ftp.

You cannot create an addon domain if your dns hasn't proprograted to the server already. So after you change the sites dns you are trying to add you will need to wait 24-48 hours before attempting to create your addon domain. There are three fields cPanel asks for when creating an addon domain. 1. "New Domain Name:" You will put in the do not put www in the name! 2. "Username/directory/subdomain Name:" This will be the folder cPanel creates in your main accounts ftp. MAKE SURE that the name you give it doesn't already have a folder. Example... If you want to give it the username chris. You cannot have a folder in your account named chris already. If you do and still try creating the username for the addon domain to be chris you will mess a lot of things up!!! 3. "Password:" fill in any password you want here.

4. Help I added an addon domain why did it say subdomain added?!!?
It creates it as a subdomain by creating the folder within your main sites ftp. Please ignore this! It is a fully functional domain name. It is only called a subdomain when in fact it is an addon domain.
